Meet sweet baby Kevin, a precious little 14 day old I was spoiled to spend a recent afternoon with. Kevin was joined by his darling parents after his mama was given a newborn session gift certificate at one of her recent baby showers. Aside from the newborn photos, we managed to sneak in a family session as well. I always love this dynamic as there is nothing easier than asking a new parent to gaze down at their baby. You can't replicate a more natural or loving expression. *bliss*
I can't say enough about how cooperative and patient Mr. K was for me the entire time. He just dozed and dozed in that happy newborn dreamland, happily snuggling with his mama for a few breaks between set-ups. And I have to give credit to the adorable knit bee hat and bunting set that was brought to the session (a gift via etsy.com). Their last name just so happens to be "BEE" - can it get any cuter!? ;)
