Gianna Ruth { 1 year }

I'm so happy to feature gorgeous little Gianna Ruth once again - I first had the chance to photograph her during a holiday mini session this past December. Gianna is such a precious, content and studious baby - fascinated by the camera and all the silliness going on around her (anything to coax out one little smile).

Gianna had just celebrated her 1st birthday the night before, and was joined bright and early by her darling parents.  I always love taking photos of a family together, and this session was no different.  Gianna's family just recently suffered a heartbreaking loss, and her mom thought to bring a photo of her Dad with G to incorporate in the session.  The moment I handed the picture to Gianna she was instantly kissing, touching and babbling to her grandpa.

One of the more special moments I've had the chance to capture...thank you Katie, Joe + Gianna.
